P2C – Pathways to Competitiveness – is an easy to use online program that simplifies and informs the design, implementation, and measurement of sectoral career pathways and other workforce development plans. The P2C Network includes the online P2C Application and P2C Member Forum. The Application is based on WSC’s self-assessment protocol, which has been used by hundreds of communities across the country. Members of the Network also benefit from webinars and State of Pathways reports.
